60-Day Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but We understand that some things just don’t work out as planned. That’s why We’ve made our return policy simple and stress-free.

Try any of our Organica Company products for 60 days and send them back for a refund if you are not absolutely thrilled — even if the bottles are empty. No questions asked!

Order Cancellations

Orders submitted through our website are processed immediately. Cancellations must be received within one hour of submitting your online order. In the event your order has already shipped, you will need to wait until your merchandise is delivered before returning it and receiving your refund.

To avoid return shipping costs on a cancelled order, do not open it. Simply write, “Return to Sender: Refused,” on the outside of the unopened shipment and then drop it off with your postman or at your local post office. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
